There are basic requirements of various continuing education programs and some of these requirements will vary from one course to another. Those that are interested in Real Estate CE will have to meet various requirements which are detrimental for the survival of a student in any institution whether online or through various lectures. Therefore, some of the requirements of Real Estate CE are as follows:
- It is more important to ensure that you can access the institution’s accounts such that you will be able to get a program for your course program, or lecture notes. In other words, ensure that you have Internet access wherever you are as well as your operating systems are compatible with the institution’s programs.
- There are institutions that demand a certain license number especially for those that hold active real estate licenses. For instance, some institutions will demand licenses number that are above 100,000 and one will be required to finish a 24 hour commission approved continuing education for every four year renewal period.
- As for other institutions for those holding a sales person’s license and are making the renewals for the first time are may be required to have a 25 hour Commission approved post license course during the first year of their licensure depending on the institution.
- In addition the rate of renewal for most licenses will vary from on Real Estate CE institution to another as well as the type of license one has.
